In the frame of aerospace pre-sale approach
In the frame of offset needs, IAS proposes for its industrial partners to design training and educational project to support their international policy for an identified country

B- TAILORED TRAINING SOLUTIONS FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS IN FRANCE OR ABROAD
Definition for long or short term programs
Build up of seminars or conferences abroad or in Toulouse IAS is able to propose training and educational project to its partners in their development process

B 1-SHORT AND MIDDLE-TERM TAILOR-MADE SOLUTIONS
Duration: 1 week up to 1 month
Site: France and/or abroad
Number of participants: 10 up to 30
Lecturers: industrial and universities experts

Pedagogical approach :

- Lectures based on field experiences and enriched by real figures
- Application examples through case studies or business games (when possible)
- Industrial visits for direct illustration of the topic
- Short course sub-sessions (1h30) allowing high dynamic in transmission of knowledge flow

B2 - LONG TERM SOLUTIONS
- Support for educative projects - Support for university cursus updating or design - Support for technical cursus transfer in a foreign country

Malaysia : “UniKL- MIAT Aircraft Engineering Technology Bachelor”
Objective : To support MIAT in its willing to extend their range of activities up to a new Aircraft Engineering Technology Bachelor
