IAS Annual Master Program

Under its Annual Master Program, IAS proposes, within its long-standing partnership with such world-famous academic players as ISAE-SUPAERO, ENAC, TBS, Ecole des Mines d’Albi, INSA or ENSEEIHT, more than 25 Advanced Masters & Masters of Sciences.

This Annual Master Program takes place in Toulouse, one of the world’s aerospace hot spots. It lasts 14 months and is divided into 5 major parts:

  • The IAS Summer Program: a month-and-a-half period starting early in August dedicated to an introduction to the European aerospace industry environment delivered by the top specialists from the French aerospace sector, intercultural modules, French language courses, industrial, cultural and touristic visits. Here starts the development of your connection with the French aerospace industry and the IAS Alumni Network you will be part of when coming back home.
  • The academic part which includes a minimum of 350 hours set of classes (theoretical course and practical works). French “Grandes Ecoles” such as ISAE-SUPAERO, TBS, ENAC, Ecole des Mines d’Albi or ENSEEIHT are in charge of this academic part and deliver the associated Master diploma. Thanks to IAS, you can apply to more than 25 Advanced Masters and Masters of Science, all delivered in English.
  • The industrial application internship: a 4-to-6-month mandatory internship which can be either a personal study or a research work, aimed at putting into practice the theoretical skills acquired through the academic part.
  • The thesis defense: each participant presents his / her internship application project in front of the school jury.
  • The IAS administrative and logistical support: a dedicated team helps attendees to organize their daily life in France and sorts out any issues dealing with administrative and logistical matters throughout their stay.

At the end of this 14-month period, and once graduated, each participant receives the French Aeronautic and Space Industry Award (FASIA) granted by IAS and GIFAS, then officially enter the IAS Alumni Network.
